With over two decades of dedication, Russell has been a cornerstone of governance and proponent of innovation. His journey includes serving as President of Precast New Zealand (2006–2008), a member of the Cement & Concrete Association of New Zealand (CCANZ)/Concrete NZ Boards (2014–2020) and playing a pivotal role in uniting legacy associations into what we now know as Concrete NZ in 2017. His vision and commitment helped fortified industry collaboration and strategic progress.
As the leader of Busck Prestressed Concrete Ltd, Russell has guided this 80-year-old Whangarei-based company to become New Zealand’s largest multi-product precast concrete manufacturer. His efforts have boosted local employment, driven industry growth, and fostered regional pride.
Russell’s influence extends beyond business. He has been a relentless advocate for health and safety, driving strand lifting eye testing, and championing fair trade practices and training. His support for community charities and Northland sports highlights his role as both an industry leader and community advocate.
At the 2024 Concrete NZ Conference Awards Russell received Concrete NZ Honorary Life Membership in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the concrete industry.

John is both a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate of Public Practice with Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ).
John has over 25 years of executive, non-executive and chair experience across large, complex organisations in a variety of sectors, including professional services, property, manufacturing, infrastructure, local government, SaaS and not-for-profit.
Other governance roles include South Port NZ Ltd, Invercargill City Holdings Ltd, Malloch McClean +MORE Ltd, Plus MORE Capital Ltd and The Gap 2014 Ltd.
John joined the Busck Board in August 2024.

Paul Yovich is an experienced director, accountant, business adviser, investor, and elected local government representative based in Whangārei.
Paul brings extensive expertise in financial governance, strategic planning, business growth, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, developed through decades of leadership across professional services, investment, property, and community sectors.
Paul also serves as an elected member of the Whangārei District Council, representing the Whangārei Urban Ward. He currently chairs the Finance Committee and serves on a number of key governance committees, including Strategy, Planning and Development, Infrastructure, Community Development, Chief Executive Review, and Risk and Audit, where he is Deputy Chair.
Throughout his career, Paul has maintained a strong commitment to community development and regional economic growth. His governance experience includes involvement with educational, sporting, charitable, and community organisations, where he has contributed financial leadership, organisational development, and strategic guidance.

Rodney White has more than three decades of governance, directorship, and industry leadership experience in the construction and precast concrete sector. Based in Whangārei, he has served as a director of Busck Prestressed Concrete Limited since 1991 and has contributed to the strategic oversight and growth of one of New Zealand’s longstanding precast concrete businesses.
Rodney brings extensive expertise in construction, manufacturing operations, infrastructure supply, commercial governance, risk management, and long-term business stewardship. His experience spans both private enterprise and community organisations, providing a balanced perspective on strategic planning, organisational sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
In addition to his commercial governance roles, Rodney is actively involved in community leadership through Whangarei Central Baptist Church and serves as an Elder Nominee for Regent Community Trust. His governance contributions reflect a longstanding commitment to community development, ethical leadership, and service.
